Holiday sickness case thrown out

A judge has thrown out the case of a holiday maker who claimed that a four-star hotel’s poor hygiene and undercooked meat gave her food poisoning. Judge Nadeem Khan said that the holidaymaker’s evidence was “neither plausible or credible” and ruled that the claim was “fundamentally dishonest”, allowing Thomas Cook to recover the money it had spent fighting the case.
