Free talk on “Protecting your family assets” on Tuesday 17th November

We will be giving a talk entitled “Protecting your family assets” at Orpington Library, in the Walnuts Centre,  at 11am on Tuesday 17th November.

Subjects to be discussed include:

• The importance of having a Will and why you must keep it up to date
• The benefits to you and your loved ones of having a Lasting Power of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax — does your estate exceed the threshold and ways to reduce your tax liabilty
• Care Home Fees — preparing for a possible need

After the talk, we will remain at the Library to advise you on any further related questions.
